Group Classes
Our classes are organized progressively to reflect the authentic Pilates system. Each level builds upon the one before it, allowing students to develop the strength, control, coordination, and confidence necessary to safely advance through the repertoire. Whether you are stepping onto the Reformer for the first time or refining advanced work, every class is designed to meet you where you are, recognizing the physical demands of modern life while preserving the integrity of the method.
Class Levels:
-
For all levels, whether you are a beginner or an advanced practitioner, the Foundational class develops the building blocks of the Pilates method, establishing the movement patterns, alignment, and control needed to safely progress to more demanding exercises.
-
The Intermediate level builds upon the foundation by introducing the two-way stretch of Pilates. From here, the stretch, strength, and control of the work begin to progress as the exercises become increasingly dynamic and challenging.
Familiarity with and safe execution of the Foundational exercises should be developed before enrolling in an Intermediate class.
-
The Advanced level integrates tri-planar, three-dimensional movement with a quicker tempo, refining the stretch, strength, and control developed in the previous levels through more dynamic and demanding exercises.
Familiarity with and safe execution of the Intermediate exercises should be developed before enrolling in an Advanced class.
